Today marks the release for the short story Next To Her.
As you can all see, Avalon graces the cover. But his participation doesn't end here. In fact, Avalon plays an important part in Next To Her, and he will also be prominent in the film adaptation which is currently in the making.
In Next To Her, an 84 year-old man visits his terminally ill wife in the hospital. A daily lunch is the only thing they still share. But the woman's attention fades towards the ghost of her cat, Avalon, whom she sees walking around in her hospital room.
